1. What is Covered
Our Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product under normal use, including:

Travel Backpacks included in the product bundle

Plush toys and activity books included with the Ride-On Luggage
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
2. What is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect

Normal wear and tear (scratches, cosmetic damage, fading)

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

Shipping costs for warranty claims will be covered by Zozzle.
