Returns Policy

At Zozzle Pty Ltd, we design our products to make travel with little adventurers as fun and stress-free as possible. However, if your Zozzle isn’t quite the right fit, we’re happy to offer returns within 100 days of receiving your order.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Products that are unused or in like-new condition (lightly tried, but still in resellable condition).

  • Products that are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

To be eligible, items must include all original parts and packaging.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind or non-faulty returns: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and ensuring the item is securely packaged and labelled.

  • Faulty or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the return period, we’ll cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label once verified.

Please contact hello@zozzlekids.com before returning any items so we can issue the appropriate instructions or labels.


Processing Time

Once your return has been received at our warehouse, please allow up to 15 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.


Non-Returnable Items

To keep everyone’s travel companions safe and hygienic, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Plush toys or books that have been used or removed from packaging.

  • Items returned without contacting our team first.
