Returns Policy

At Zozzle Pty Ltd, we design our products to make travel with little adventurers as fun and stress-free as possible. However, if your Zozzle isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer returns within 100 days of receiving your order and is 100% at our cost not yours :)


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Products that are unused or in like-new condition (lightly tried, but still in resellable condition).

  • Products that are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

To be eligible, items must include all original parts and packaging.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind or non-faulty returns: Zozzle Pty Ltd is responsible for the return shipping cost and the customer is responsible for the item to be securely packaged and labelled.

  • Faulty or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the return period, we’ll cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label once verified.

Please contact hello@zozzlekids.com before returning any items so we can issue the appropriate instructions or labels.


Processing Time

Once your return has been received at our warehouse, please allow up to 15 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.


Non-Returnable Items

All items are fully returnable.
